Support Services

We support young people by encouraging them to focus on their strengths and build positive support networks to achieve their aspirations, whether that is returning to education, finding meaningful work or making new friendships.

Our support services help young people with a range of needs to live independently and safely in their local communities. This includes individuals with autism, brain injuries, learning disabilities, Prader-Willi syndrome (PWS), forensic needs, mental health needs and those who present with behaviours that may challenge.

Our services specialise in supporting young people facing homelessness, including those who are:
Care leavers or looked after children (over 16)

Overcome addiction

Young parents

Experiencing family or relationship breakdown

Person-centred support

Our support is tailored to each person’s individual needs, which means that our support and care is completely bespoke, and perfectly matched to the unique needs, preferences and aspirations of each individual.

Through a structured care and support plan, which uses the Young Person’s model to encourage each person to take control of their lives and work towards achieving their personal goals.
